- Prospects Engagement Score. The total Engagement Score of each prospect, credited for their positive response/outcome.
- Touch Engagement Score. The total Engagement Score for each touch in a Cadence, credited based on positive outcomes.
- Cadence Engagement Score. The total Engagement Score for each Cadence.
