Parking Lot

We are happy to announce a new feature in our B2B sales engagement platform: Parking Lot. Our Parking Lot feature restricts the Dialing Agents or Talkers from dialing phone numbers that were previously dialed and logged with negative outcomes (e.g. Wrong Phone Number, No Longer with the Company, Do Not Call, etc.).

Phone numbers will be placed in the Parking Lot after you create a set of rules with preset criteria (otherwise known as "Call Outcomes"). Phone numbers that match the criteria will be parked and restricted from dialing.

This is incredibly useful for sales teams in all B2B organizations, who can use this feature to save time on dialing, which eventually increases their productivity and sales.
