Position: Account Manager

ConnectLeader is looking for a seasoned and highly motivated sales individual to join our growing sales team to sell ConnectLeader's Live Conversation Automation solutions to C-level executives. Candidate should be excited to sell Sales 2.0 / Sales productivity solutions to businesses that are interested in improving their own sales team’s productivity. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in closing sales opportunities as an Account Executive / Sales Executive / Account Manager and have the experience to navigate mid-market or enterprise segment clients and progress these accounts through to close.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage ConnectLeader technology to generate new business opportunities
  • Talk to C-level Executives and conduct high level conversations within target accounts to generate new qualified business opportunities to fuel the ConnectLeader sales pipeline
  • Qualify and Demo ConnectLeader Technology
  • Follow up on accounts, generate proposals, and close business
  • Possess a very high level of drive and competitiveness to work towards exceeding quotas

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years recent sales role experience from generating opportunities, product demonstration to closing
  • Very strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated success in reaching and exceeding quotas
  • Excellent closing skills and demonstrated persistence to follow-up on sales opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace and team environment with minimal supervision
  • CRM Product/Solution selling experience is preferred

Position: Inside Sales Rep (Lead Generator)

Connectleader is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative. The rep’s focus will be to cold call and book meetings/conference calls to demo Connectleader product.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call and pitch about software product & services to C- level Sales Executives
  • Book Demo meetings
  • Manage and maintain CRM database of prospect list
  • Need to meet or exceed quota for setting meetings

Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an inside sales role – cold calling and booking meetings. Require recent prospecting experience
  • Should have pitched to C-level contacts
  • Nice to have - set meetings for a technology firm

Position: Customer Service Representative

ConnectLeader is looking for experienced Product Support/Customer Service executive to take responsibility for customer training and support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Product Support: product training for clients
  • Customer requests: Manage, respond and resolve client requests in a timely manner
  • Product Testing: Support new feature release in using the product as an end user
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Team co-ordination: work closely with Sales and Product development teams

Experience

  • 3-5 years recent Product Support/Customer Service role
  • Experience in customer training/product demos
  • Team coordination with respect new customer signup, to support current clients and getting new features to market
  • Good Communication skills
  • Task Management and timely response to the customer
  • End user testing to roll our new features
  • High Tech Industry Customer Support Experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
